Esto hace que los incendios de coches el\u00e9ctricos sean dif\u00edciles de extinguir. Cuando un veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico se incendia, el alto voltaje de la bater\u00eda puede crear un fen\u00f3meno llamado fuga t\u00e9rmica, en el que el paquete de bater\u00edas se sobrecalienta y enciende otras celdas, provocando un incendio intenso y prolongado. Este desbordamiento t\u00e9rmico puede liberar grandes cantidades de calor, gases t\u00f3xicos y humos qu\u00edmicos que suponen un grave riesgo para los bomberos, que deben estar formados para utilizar t\u00e9cnicas y equipos espec\u00edficos de extinci\u00f3n de incendios en veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos. Adem\u00e1s, los complejos sistemas el\u00e9ctricos de los coches el\u00e9ctricos y su proximidad a fuentes de agua pueden suponer un riesgo de electrocuci\u00f3n, lo que complica a\u00fan m\u00e1s el proceso de extinci\u00f3n.<br><br>Apagar este tipo de incendios con agua no da los resultados a los que estamos acostumbrados de los coches normales con motor de combusti\u00f3n interna. A saber, que se pueden extinguir sin utilizar 10.000 galones de agua.<br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XWYHS8WBr68\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Durante las pruebas en veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos<\/a> en llamas de nuestro concepto de aislador de incendios, vimos que tras un fuerte chorro de agua, el fuego parec\u00eda extinguirse durante un rato, pero con la misma frecuencia volv\u00eda a rebrotar. La \u00fanica forma que parec\u00eda funcionar en nuestras pruebas era sumergir todo el coche en un recipiente con agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Cambio del objetivo de extinci\u00f3n al de mitigaci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os colaterales<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado, el objetivo de los bomberos tendr\u00e1 que cambiar de la simple extinci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo el\u00e9ctrico en llamas (con la bater\u00eda en escape t\u00e9rmico, si la bater\u00eda no arde puede considerarse un incendio de coche normal) a la prevenci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os colaterales. Para eso est\u00e1 nuestro concepto de Aislador de Incendios. Y, por tanto, no tanto para extinguir inmediatamente el fuego al 100% por completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Prevenci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os adicionales en caso de incendio de un coche el\u00e9ctrico con Fire Isolator<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como los incendios de coches el\u00e9ctricos son dif\u00edciles de extinguir, hemos creado el concepto Fire Isolator.
