Waarom? Omdat elektrische autobranden heel anders zijn dan gewone autobranden. EV branden zijn heter dan gewone autobranden vanwege de lithiumbatterijen. Dit kan gevaarlijke situaties veroorzaken, vooral in parkeergarages of autodekken op schepen, waar auto&#8217;s dicht op elkaar geparkeerd staan.<br><br>Bij elektrische voertuigen of EV-auto&#8217;s kunnen er problemen ontstaan als er een storing optreedt. In dat geval hoopt de hitte zich vaak op en kan brand ontstaan. Ook al lijkt dit risico klein, een EV-autobrand is veel gevaarlijker. Een elektrische auto brandt anders dan een conventionele auto en is veel moeilijker te blussen.<br><br>Door de lithiumbatterijen van een elektrische auto kunnen de batterijcellen oververhit raken en een kettingreactie veroorzaken. Hierdoor kan de brand na het blussen weer oplaaien. Deze branddeken is de perfecte methode om rook en vuur te isoleren bij EV-autobranden. Onze branddeken voor auto&#8217;s die bestand is tegen hoge temperaturen (tot 1600 graden C\u00b0, getest volgens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nen.nl\/nen-en-13501-1-2019-en-254374\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ISO EN 13501-1<\/a>) biedt controle over de situatie en zorgt ervoor dat nevenschade minimaal is als hij snel genoeg wordt ingezet. Houd er rekening mee dat een deken alleen het vuur in de accu NIET zal doven. Het biedt controle over de situatie.<br><br>Deze branddeken is herbruikbaar (tot maximaal 6-7 EV-autobranden) en kan gebruikt worden voor zowel elektrische als normale branden van auto&#8217;s, SUV&#8217;s en motorfietsen. De branddeken is geschikt voor professionele brandweerlieden en andere organisaties die te maken kunnen krijgen met meerdere branden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><\/meta><strong>Hoe hou je EV-autobranden onder controle met onze branddeken<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Om de Ultimate FI-BL0906 branddeken te gebruiken bij EV&#8217;s in brand, heb je minstens twee mensen nodig. Zoals je op de foto hierboven kunt zien, is de blusdeken groot genoeg om een SUV te bedekken. Beide mannen die de blusdeken gebruiken nemen er een kant van en leggen hem dan voorzichtig over de brandende auto. De branddeken moet het voertuig volledig bedekken, dus zorg ervoor dat alle delen van de auto bedekt zijn. De branddeken is bestand tegen zeer hoge temperaturen, maar is niet goed bestand tegen scherpe voorwerpen of te ruwe behandeling van de deken.
