The FI-BL0707 & FI-BL0808 Ultimate Forklift Fire Blanket
The Ultimate Forklift Fire Blanket is designed for lithium-ion battery fires in forklifts and other electric vehicles used in warehouses and storage areas. Tested to top fire safety standards, the FI-BL0707 (and larger FI-BL0808) has proven its performance in real-life fire scenarios. It contains flames, limits toxic smoke, and creates the ideal conditions for aerosol units – helping to prevent fire spread and reduce damage to your facility.
MATERIALS
Available in 3 types of high temperature-resistant silica grade materials. Peak temperatures of up to 2050°C/3720°F, with or without double sided coating.
TESTS
Tested and classified according to ISO EN 13501-1 A1, ISO 1716, ISO 1182, DIN 91489, NFPA701 & ASTMD6413.

The FI-BL0707 Ultimate Forklift Fire Blanket is designed for containing fires caused by lithium battery-powered forklifts. With a peak temperature resistance of up to 1600°C (2900°F) and the ability to endure sustained heat of 1100°C (2200°F) for over 50 hours, this blanket is built to handle the prolonged nature of lithium-ion battery fires — helping to stop fire spread and reduce damage to your facility and equipment.
Crafted from high-quality, silica-grade materials, the Ultimate Forklift Fire Blanket is both durable and eco-friendly. The material has been specifically selected for its resilience in harsh fire conditions and has proven not to ignite during any of our live fire tests.
The FI-BL0707 and FI-BL0808 have undergone rigorous testing and comply with top-tier safety standards, including ISO EN 13501-1, NFPA 701, and ASTM D6413. In fact, only three Fire Blanket manufacturers worldwide hold the A1 fire class ISO 13501-1 test report — and we’re proud to be among them.
User-friendliness is a core feature. The blanket can be deployed quickly by just two people, thanks to the color-coded loops designed for intuitive handling. Fire Isolator also supports dealers and customers with training, including an animated instruction video on how to safely and effectively deploy the blanket in case of a forklift fire.
