The Fire Blanket Economy is a durable and cost-effective solution for containing car fires. By depriving the fire of oxygen, it reduces smoke and toxic fumes, creating a safer environment for fire crews. The fire remains contained, preventing further spread and collateral damage. The FI-BLECON0806 Economy Fire Blanket can be used mutiple time for standard car fires, but please note that it is a single-use Fire Blanket when used for EV fires. Designed for parking garages, shopping malls, ferries, and other public areas, it offers an affordable yet effective fire containment solution.

The FI-BLECON0806 Economy Fire Blanket is designed for effective fire containment, offering a cost-efficient solution for both combustion-engine and electric vehicle fires. With a peak temperature resistance of up to 1100°C (2000°F), it provides reliable fire isolation in parking garages, shopping malls, ferries, and other high-risk locations. While reusable for standard vehicle fires, it is single-use for EV fires due to the extreme conditions of lithium battery incidents. By cutting off the oxygen supply, the blanket helps reduce smoke and toxic fumes, limiting fire spread and minimizing collateral damage to the surroundings.
Made from 70% high-quality silica with a glass fiber mixture, the Economy Fire Blanket is both durable and lightweight. The material is specifically selected to withstand heat exposure, ensuring optimal fire containment. It does not catch fire during deployment, maintaining structural integrity in demanding fire scenarios.
The FI-BLECON0806 Economy Fire Blanket has been rigorously tested to meet DIN EN 13501-1 (A1 certified by KIWA/MPA) and ASTM D6413 standards, ensuring compliance with international fire safety regulations. It is designed for easy deployment with two people, featuring large colored loops for quick handling. The blanket is supplied in a sturdy smart bag, with optional storage solutions such as a wall-mounted cabinet, trolley, or backpack for easy transport and accessibility.
