The Lithium Battery Storage Fire Blanket is engineered to withstand extreme heat, with a peak temperature resistance of up to 1700°C. It can endure sustained temperatures of 1200°C for extended periods, making it a reliable solution for containing lithium battery fires in storage and transport settings. By depriving the fire of oxygen, the blanket isolates the flames, prevents fire spread, and significantly reduces smoke, giving fire response teams better control of the situation.
Constructed from 96.6% high-quality silica with a double silicon coating, the Ultra Fire Blanket is specifically designed to perform under the intense conditions of a lithium battery fire. The blanket is reusable up to 30 times and can be cleaned after use, offering both a cost-effective and sustainable fire safety solution.
The Lithium Battery Storage Fire Blanket has been rigorously tested and certified to meet DIN EN 13501-1 (A1 certified by KIWA/MPA), ASTM D6413, and NFPA 701 standards, ensuring compliance with international fire safety regulations. Thanks to its large colored loops, the blanket is easy to deploy by two people and comes with a durable smart bag for secure storage. A wall-mounted cabinet is also available for rapid deployment in case of emergency.
