Fire Isolator Watermist stick 26 for Underbody cooling of EV fires
The Watermist Stick 26 is a lightweight tool ( 9,5 kg) ,designed for easy maneuvering under or next to burning electric vehicles. The Watermist Stick sprays a fine water mist to cool the vehicle before/during covering the car with the fire blanket, creating control and increasing safety for the firefighters.
Fire Isolator Fire Gun Penetrating EV batteries to Stop Thermal Runaway
The Fire Isolator EV Fire Gun is a professional firefighting tool developed specifically for electric vehicle (EV) battery fires. It is designed to penetrate the battery housing of an electric vehicle and inject water directly into the battery pack, targeting the heat source at its core.
Fire Isolator Live Demo in Spain
This video shows a live demo we did during an EV fire containment workshop at Seville airport, Spain. The full Fire Isolator concept was deployed on an EV on fire including thermal runaway.
Spartanburg FD enhances EV Fire response with Fire Blankets
As featured by WSPA 7News, the Spartanburg County Fire Department in South Carolina has adopted Fire Isolator EV fire blankets supplied by our local dealer, Renovo. This new equipment strengthens firefighter safety and improves response efficiency during EV fire incidents.
Fire Isolator Live Demo in Brazil
This video showcases a live demo from the first EV Fire Workshop in Latin America. The event focused on the challenges of lithium-ion battery fires and the effectiveness of the Fire Isolator Concept in fighting EV car fires.
Fire Isolator concept in action
The Fire Isolator concept, including the fire blanket, aerosol units, and water mist lance, has already been tested several times by our global customers in cooperation with professional firefighting teams.
Fire Isolator in the Korean News
A report of a live EV fire test with our Fire Isolator concept has been on Korea’s national TV. People successfully pulled the blanket over the burning EV, deployed the aerosol units, and sprayed a water mist over the car.
Fire Isolator Fire Blanket in action
The Fire Isolator fire blanket has already been tested several times by our global customers in cooperation with professional firefighting teams. This video is a compilation of some of these live tests.
How to deploy Fire Isolator
In this animated video, we show you how to deploy the Fire Isolator concept in the event of a fire in an electric vehicle. You will see slowly and clearly explained the following steps to follow when deploying the Fire Isolator concept.
How to fold the Fire Isolator blanket
In this animated video, we show you how the FI-BL0906 fire blanket for controlling electric car fires (with the lithium battery on fire) is folded back up after the use of training or deployment.
Live demo March 2022
After almost two years of intensive research, design, and testing, we and our FireIsolator partners T-ISS, Studsgaard, and Garant ProTech, demonstrated the Fire
Isolator concept together live on March 17, 2022.
Water Mist Lance testing
The Water Mist Lance is part of the FireIsolator concept for controlling and fighting EV car fires. The lance has the ability to penetrate and flood EV car lithium batteries to cool down the batteries in case of fire.
Live testing Fire Isolator concept
Seeing the FireIsolator concept for fighting (EV) car fires in action and seeing how it minimizes the collateral damage of EV car fires on ferries or in car parks, was the goal of the live testing day on November 18, 2021.
Aerosol Unit live demo
The Aerosol units play an important part in the FireIsolator concept for controlling/fighting EV car fires. The Aerosol Unit is a lightweight, handheld device for the first responder in a fire situation, primarily for Class A, B, and C fires.
Car fire blanket
The T-ISS Ultimate FI-BL0906 fire blanket is the perfect method to isolate smoke and fire in case of EV car fires. This reusable car blanket “kills” a car fire by eliminating oxygen from the fire source, creating overview.
