Our lithium-ion battery fire blankets are a durable and highly effective solution for isolating fires involving lithium-ion batteries in a wide range of applications, including equipment, tools, battery storage systems, e-bikes, and e-scooters. Thanks to their high temperature resistance, these blankets help prevent fire spread and significantly reduce collateral damage to the surrounding area.
MATERIALS
Available in 3 types of high temperature-resistant silica grade materials. Peak temperatures of up to 1600C/2900F, with or without double sided coating.
TESTS
Tested according to ISO EN 13501-1, NFPA701 & ASTMD6413.

The FI-BL0303 & FI-BL0202 Lithium-Ion Battery, eBike and eScooter blankets are specifically designed to withstand extreme heat, with a peak temperature resistance of up to 1600 °C (2900 °F). They can endure sustained temperatures of 1200 °C (2200 °F) for extended periods, making them a reliable solution for containing lithium battery fires.
Crafted from high-quality silica-grade materials, the Lithium-Ion Battery, eBike and eScooter blankets are both durable and eco-friendly. Their composition is selected to withstand the intense conditions of a lithium fire without catching fire during deployment, as confirmed in our live tests. This makes them a safe and effective solution for isolating small electric vehicle (LEV) fires, such as e-bikes and e-scooters, as well as lithium batteries in storage or on pallets.
The FI-BL0303 & FI-BL0202 Lithium-Ion Battery, eBike and eScooter blankets have undergone rigorous testing to meet the highest safety standards, including ISO EN 13501-1, NFPA 701, and ASTM D6413. Notably, only three fire blanket manufacturers worldwide hold the A1 fire class ISO 13501-1 test report, and we are proud to be one of them. Setting this requirement ensures only top-quality fire blankets are used.
Designed for ease of use, the Lithium-Ion Battery, eBike and eScooter blankets are easy to deploy, thanks to their colored loops that facilitate fast application. To enhance user preparedness, Fire Isolator offers training on proper deployment.
