Lithium Battery Storage Fire Covers are a durable and highly effective solution for isolating lithium battery fires. Designed for warehouses, logistics centers, and other storage facilities, they help contain dangerous goods and support compliance with regulations and insurance requirements.
When deployed, either preventively or during an incident, the cover contains the fire, preventing its spread and minimizing collateral damage. The ULTRA cover is reusable, washable, and suitable for multiple deployments. It withstands peak temperatures of up to 2050°C and has a continuous operating temperature of 1400°C.

The Fire Isolator Ultra Lithium Battery Storage Fire Cover is specifically designed to contain and isolate lithium-ion battery fires in warehouses, logistics centres, manufacturing facilities, battery storage areas, and during the transport of palletised lithium batteries. By covering the entire pallet, the fire cover helps contain flames, heat, smoke and debris, preventing fire spread and significantly reducing collateral damage while allowing emergency responders to maintain control of the incident.
Unique design
Manufactured from 96.6% premium silica fabric with a graphite coating, the Ultra Fire Cover offers exceptional thermal protection. It withstands continuous temperatures of up to 1400°C and peak temperatures of up to 2050°C, making it one of the most heat-resistant lithium battery storage covers available on the market. The reusable and washable construction makes it a sustainable and cost-effective solution for organisations storing or transporting lithium-ion batteries.
Highest certification
The Fire Isolator Ultra Fire Cover has been independently tested and certified to meet some of the world’s leading fire safety standards, including DIN EN 13501-1 (A1 certified by KIWA/MPA), ASTM D6413, NFPA 701, and DIN SPEC 91489, providing confidence that the cover performs under the extreme conditions associated with lithium battery fires.
Designed with practicality in mind, the cover features large coloured lifting loops for fast deployment by two operators and is supplied in a durable SmartBag for safe storage. A dedicated storage cabinet is also available for locations where immediate deployment is required. Once deployed, the covered pallet can remain in place or be safely transported using a forklift or pallet truck to a designated quarantine or safe area, helping organisations minimise operational disruption during an incident. The Fire Cover can also be combined with Fire Isolator’s manual or automatic aerosol suppression systems to create a complete lithium battery fire containment solution.
